Upon your arrival to the unit please notify us immediately if there are any damages and report any damages you may have caused.

Check out time is no later than 11AM. Please drop off keys and any parking permits at our office. If you are leaving before 9AM we do have a drop box located on the side door. Late check-out charge is $50.00 for every hour after 11AM.

Pools close between 10-11PM, any complaints made on a guest using the pool after-hours will be fined $500 or evicted without refund.

No glass or glass bottles allowed near or around pool area.

All condos are limited to a maximum number of guests. Any unit with over the numbers of guest allowed will be evicted without refund.

If the property is left extremely dirty after departure an excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The added charge will be $30.00 per hour. NO PETS ALLOWED except in "Pet Friendly" units.

Thank you for NOT SMOKING. All of our units are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, but make sure to clean up the butts. If any smoke is detected there will be a non-negotiable fee of $200.00.

Please follow these easy steps before checking out:
1. Set A/C to 80 degrees
2. Leave all dirty towels on bathroom floor
3. Put all dirty dishes in sink
4. Take trash out before leaving
5. Turn off all lights and lock all doors
6. If you have moved any furniture, return it to its original position
